Does carpet cleaning guarantee I will get my damage deposit back?+
No. Deposit decisions depend on your tenancy, property condition, lease requirements, inspection, and landlord or property manager. StainFox provides the agreed cleaning service but cannot guarantee a deposit outcome.
Can you clean the carpet on the same day I return the keys?+
Sometimes, but drying time matters. Whenever possible, schedule carpet cleaning early enough to allow ventilation and drying before final inspection or key handover.
Do I need an empty apartment or condo?+
An empty space is often easier to clean, but it is not always required. Tell us what furniture or belongings will remain so the workable scope can be confirmed before booking.
Can you treat pet stains or odour before move-out?+
Yes, suitable pet-stain and odour concerns can be reviewed as part of the quote. Complete stain or odour removal cannot be guaranteed, especially when contamination reaches backing, padding, or subfloor.
What if my building requires elevator booking or loading access?+
Include elevator windows, parking restrictions, concierge rules, loading access, and suite access in your request. Building logistics can affect scheduling and final scope.
Is move-out carpet cleaning priced per room?+
The move-in / move-out service starts from C$249. Final pricing depends on the actual rooms or square footage, stairs, condition, stain or odour treatment, access, and any additional fabric-cleaning items included in the visit.
