StainFox Cleaning collects personal information to respond to cleaning requests, prepare quotes, communicate with customers, schedule appointments, confirm bookings, deliver mobile cleaning services in British Columbia, and understand which website or marketing source led to a submitted quote request.
Information we collect
The quote form may collect your full name, phone number, email address, city or service area, requested services, optional preferred date and time, optional service address, optional photos, optional notes, and other service details you choose to provide.
Referral and campaign information
If you arrive through a tagged link or referral, the website may temporarily store first-touch information in your browser session, such as the landing page, referring page, UTM campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, or FBCLID when those values are present in the URL. If you submit a quote request, this source information may be attached to the request so StainFox can understand where the lead came from.
This first-touch information is currently stored using browser session storage and is not, by itself, a third-party analytics or advertising pixel. Third-party analytics or advertising tags are not enabled on the website yet. This policy should be updated again before Google Analytics, Google Ads remarketing, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party tracking is activated.
How we use information
We use this information to understand your cleaning request, prepare quotes, ask follow-up questions, schedule and confirm appointments, provide service at the requested location, maintain reasonable business records, and measure which acquisition sources produce quote requests and booked work.
Service providers
Technical service providers may include Vercel for website hosting, Resend for email delivery, and Google Workspace for business email and related communication tools. These providers may process information as needed to support the website and customer communication.
No sale of personal information
StainFox does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We keep customer information only as reasonably needed for quotes, communication, scheduling, service delivery, business records, source attribution, and follow-up. Browser session-storage attribution data normally ends with the browser session unless the browser preserves that session. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed, subject to information we reasonably need to keep for business or legal purposes.
Access, correction, or deletion requests
You can request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, or request deletion by contacting info@stainfox.ca.
